The First Day, Where the Journey Began

I didn’t want to start my devlog too soon, but today (9/18/24), I realized that after 3 months of working on the game, I have no idea what the name of the game should be, and I don’t even remember how it all started. So, I sacrificed this whole day and dedicated it to creating this blog.

On the day development began (6/18/24), I installed Unity, created a GIT repository, and started googling “How to use Unity.” 🙂

It took me a few days before I was more confident about where and how a few tools in Unity worked and when (and how) to use them. I have also been exploring different pixel editing software, and after a few tries, I settled on Aseprite.
